Our qualified team will take care of every detail of your project

* It is necessary to be a travel agency or tour operator in order to become a member of our system. Individual membership is not accepted.
• There is no need for a reference from any of our members to become a C group member.
• For each member group, if the number of sub-members required decreases, the current membership status and the commission rate for the customers it will refer to are preserved, but the commission income from the sales of the sub-members ceases. In case the number of sub-members reaches the required number, commission income from the sales made by the sub-member starts to be paid again.
• Sub-members consist only of GROUP C MEMBERS. If a member in group C is promoted to group B or A, his sub-membership ends.

Commission payment is made to our members within 1 week after the deed transfer and the full payment are made. • A commission is paid to our member for any purchase that the customer registered on behalf of the agency will make within 1 year without the knowledge of our member, but within the scope of our knowledge.

Our contracted law offices provide services to our clients for residence and citizenship, in return for a fee. Job follow-up for these works is done free of charge by us, but the cost of services and purchases is paid by our customer.

Our customers can compare the products of each company and make their decision. We direct the requests received to us to the most suitable contractor. We or you can determine the contractor company that is suitable for your request. According to the project you have chosen, the project owner contractor company gives you a tour of their projects and informs you. We are not a party to the shopping you have made, but we are always with you when you want to get information.

Can I become a member of the system as an individual?

In order to become a member of the system, it is necessary to be a travel agency and tour operator. Individual membership is not accepted.

Can we make a request for our customers who bought a holiday package outside of Alanya and Side?

Our system is only valid for our customers who buy a holiday package from our member to spend a holiday in Alanya and Side. Customers who have not received a holiday package from our member and whose reservations have not been made for Alanya and Side are not provided with this service and such requests are not accepted.

Do you provide advertising and promotional support?

Services such as banner, logo, online advertisement design that our member will need for advertising and promotion are provided by us free of charge.

Do you have a used home for sale?

In our system, sales are not made through second hand and real estate companies. Our customers make purchase agreements directly with the project owner contractor company.
